The current uploader accepts MP4 and MOV files. The platform processes hosted commercials for delivery as video ads.
Step by step
- Export the commercial as MP4 where possible; use H.264 video and AAC audio for broad compatibility.
- Choose the file in Commercials and upload it.
- Wait for processing and confirm the Ready status.
- Play the commercial in the library preview.
- Use the VAST Testing Lab if the ad plays locally but fails in your website player.
Tips and common mistakes
- Container format alone does not guarantee codec compatibility.
- Very large uploads can be limited by hosting timeouts or account upload limits.
