What you need to know
Use Pause when you may want the commercial again. Use Delete only when you intend to remove it.
Step by step
- Open Commercials and select Edit commercial.
- Choose Paused to stop normal ad eligibility while preserving the record, if that status is available.
- Save and verify the status.
- For permanent removal, use Delete commercial and confirm the prompt.
Tips and common mistakes
- Active Ad Pods or rotations referring to deleted material should be reviewed afterward.
- Deletion may not be reversible; keep a copy of the source video.
