Edit an existing commercial

What you need to know

Change a commercial’s name, destination URL, skip setting, and other supported attributes without creating a new ad.

Step by step

1. Open Commercials.
2. Choose Edit commercial on the desired item.
3. Update the title, destination URL, skip delay or other available fields.
4. Save changes.
5. Check the VAST tag again to confirm the new values are returned.

Tips and common mistakes

• Changing a click destination affects future ad requests, not previously loaded player sessions.
• Avoid manually changing advanced MP4 URLs unless you know the replacement works.
