Step by step
- Open Commercials and find your video.
- Use the preview controls to check picture and audio.
- On Ad Pods, confirm each item has the correct thumbnail or preview.
- If a thumbnail is blank, verify that the associated commercial is Ready and its video plays.
Tips and common mistakes
- Imported external MP4 files may not have the same generated thumbnail coverage as uploaded videos.
- A blank thumbnail alone does not prove VAST delivery has failed.
