A VAST URL returns ad instructions in XML. An MP4 URL returns the actual video file.
Step by step
- Open a commercial in MEDIARAZZI.
- Copy the VAST URL from the label Your VAST tag.
- Paste it into your player’s advertisement configuration.
- Leave the player’s main content URL set to your original video.
- Use the separate video preview to inspect the commercial file.
Tips and common mistakes
- Most players will not play a VAST XML document if it is entered as the content src.
