All content, branding, graphics, logos, channel designs, text, software, video selections, audiovisual materials, and other materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Connected Artists Group LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except for a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license rights in any content or intellectual property.
You may not copy, rebroadcast, republish, sell, sublicense, exploit, or otherwise use our content except as expressly permitted in writing.
4. Third-Party Content and Services
The Services may include or rely on third-party content, platforms, links, infrastructure, payment providers, advertising services, analytics providers, or distribution platforms, including Roku and related partners.
